Riyadh – Mubasher: Batic Investment and Logistics Company has extended a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 35.8% equity in Smart Cities Solutions for Communications and Information Technology for one month until 30 September 2021.
The listed company aims to purchase Smart Parking Holding Company’s stake in Smart City Solutions, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Last May, Batic signed an agreement with Smart Parking to acquire its shares in Smart City Solutions.
